· Buyer has right to have horse inspected by veterinarian at their expense prior to purchase.

· Buyer will be responsible for the cost of the Coggins and Health Certificate.

· Shipping costs are buyer’s expense.

· We will be glad to hold your horse free of charge up to 15 days or foals until they are weaned. After that a fee will be charged for board, unless otherwise agreed.

· Deposits are required in order to consider a horse sold. Deposits are nonrefundable.
